We are a small, Commercial bakery manufacturing unit seeking a passionate and skilled Bakery Chef to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative baker who loves crafting delicious Cheesecake, Doughnut, Cupcakes, and Croissants in a cosy, flexible environment. Help us bring joy to our customers with high-quality, baked goods.
Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of Cheesecake, Doughnut, Cupcakes, and Croissants for local sales and custom orders.
Scale and adapt recipes for small-batch production in a commercial kitchen setting.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
Assist with inventory management and ingredient sourcing.
Collaborate on new recipes or special dietary options (., gluten-free, vegan).
Package and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
Qualifications
2-3 years of baking experience (commercial bakery experience welcome).
Knowledge of baking techniques, decorating, and recipe development.
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work independently in a small, Commercial kitchen.
Creativity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new flavors.
Preferred: Experience with dietary restrictions or allergen-friendly baking.
Culinary certificate is a plus but not required.
