Job Title: Bakery Assistant
Qualifications Required:
Candidates must have completed a Diploma in Hotel Management or a in Hotel
Management or any related discipline.
Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month
Role Overview:
The F&B Production Executive will support daily bakery and confectionery production
activities, ensuring consistency in quality, hygiene, and operational standards. The role
involves assisting in preparation, handling raw materials, maintaining production protocols,
and coordinating with the team to meet scheduled targets.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of baked items and
confectionery products, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the production area, following
standard operating procedures, ensuring proper storage and handling of ingredients, and
supporting the production team to achieve daily output requirements.
