job summary:

we are hiring a backend sales executive with experience in travel, insurance, or banking, ideally with a strong understanding of the travel industry. this role involves supporting the front-end sales team by preparing quotes, handling client queries, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth coordination of travel services. you will play a key role in closing deals and providing excellent client service from behind the scenes.

key responsibilities:

• support the sales team by preparing travel proposals, quotations, and itineraries for corporate and retail clients.

• handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.

• maintain and update client records and booking information in the crm or booking system.

• assist in processing payments, invoices, and follow-ups related to travel bookings or services.

• ensure accuracy in documentation, ticketing, and travel confirmations.

• work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client experience.

• generate leads from sales calls.

qualifications:

bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, travel, banking,insurance , or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in backend or inside sales in travel, banking, or insurance industry.

• familiarity with travel booking platforms is preferred.

• strong communication and coordination skills.

graduation mandatory.

• attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• basic knowledge of ms office and crm systems.
