Job Summary:

We are hiring a Backend Sales Executive with experience in travel, insurance, or banking, ideally with a strong understanding of the travel industry. This role involves supporting the front-end sales team by preparing quotes, handling client queries, managing bookings, and ensuring smooth coordination of travel services. You will play a key role in closing deals and providing excellent client service from behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team by preparing travel proposals, quotations, and itineraries for corporate and retail clients.

• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.

• Maintain and update client records and booking information in the CRM or booking system.

• Assist in processing payments, invoices, and follow-ups related to travel bookings or services.

• Ensure accuracy in documentation, ticketing, and travel confirmations.

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless client experience.

• Generate leads from sales calls.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel, Banking,insurance , or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in backend or inside sales in travel, banking, or insurance industry.

• Familiarity with travel booking platforms is preferred.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Graduation mandatory.

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

Job requirements: Female candidates required.
