Job Responsibilities:
Assist to all sorts of official work.
Maintaining updated records and databases.
Manage filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval and organization of documents.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports by gathering and formatting information as needed.
Perform general clerical duties such as sorting mail, organizing paperwork & etc.
Qualifications
Graduate /Diploma in Engineering with overall good academic background
Requirements:
Preferred experience on similar profile
Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PPT Presentation, Outlook
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
