Job Responsibilities:
· Assist to all sorts of official work.
· Maintaining updated records and databases.
· Manage filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval and organization of documents.
· Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports by gathering and formatting information as needed.
· Perform general clerical duties such as sorting mail, organizing paperwork & etc.
Qualifications
· Graduate /Diploma in Engineering with overall good academic background
Requirements:
· Preferred experience on similar profile
· Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PPT Presentation, Outlook
· Good communication skills (written and verbal).
