Back Office Executive Responsibilities:

Execute Trades: Execute trades on behalf of clients, ensuring accurate and timely execution of buy and sell orders across various financial markets and investment products.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis, research investment opportunities, and stay updated with market trends and news to provide informed trading recommendations.

Risk Management: Monitor and manage trading risks, including market volatility, position sizing, and safeguarding client portfolios.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and preferences to provide personalized trading advice and strategies.

Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including account setup, documentation, and providing information on trading platforms and investment products.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on trading-related matters.

Portfolio Analysis: Analyze client portfolios, assess performance, and provide recommendations for portfolio optimization and diversification.

Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client portfolio performance, trade execution, and market insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, trading strategies, and new investment products to enhance trading expertise and provide valuable insights to clients.

Back Office Executive

Proven experience in executing trades across different asset classes, including stocks, bonds, derivatives, and currencies.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed trading decisions.
