Follow up with interested customers.
Answer customer queries and handle basic objections.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.
Maintain good customer relationships.

2. Backend Executive Responsibilities (Sales Support)
A Backend Executive supports the sales team by handling administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Track orders, dispatch status, and delivery updates.
Coordinate with sales team, customers, and other departments.
