Back Office Executive - Mumbai

We are looking for a diligent Back Office Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 7 years of experience and a minimum educational qualification of passing the 12th grade. This is a full-time position that requires you to work from our office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Entry: Accurately input data into the company’s database to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.

- Documentation: Prepare and maintain necessary documents, ensuring they are filed correctly and updated promptly.

- Client Communication: Assist with client queries through phone or email, providing timely support and information as needed.

- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in managing supplies to ensure smooth operations.

- Report Generation: Compile and generate regular reports for management, summarizing key data and insights relevant to the operations.

- Support Team Activities: Collaborate with other departments by assisting them with administrative tasks and maintaining a productive work environment.
