A Back Office Executive handles administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth office operations. This role mainly works behind the scenes and does not directly interact with customers like front office staff.

Managing and maintaining company records and databases
Data entry and updating information in systems
Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and documents (MS Excel/Word)
Processing invoices, payments, and bills
Handling emails and internal communication
Coordinating with different departments
Maintaining filing systems (digital & physical)
Supporting daily administrative work
