Job Description

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support our daily operations in Howrah. This full-time position is best suited for candidates who are recent school graduates or have up to two years of experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Data Entry:** Accurately input and manage data in company systems to ensure information is current and reliable.

- **Documentation:** Prepare and maintain important documents and reports, keeping files organized for easy access and retrieval.

- **Customer Support:** Assist with client inquiries and requests, providing accurate information and resolving issues as necessary.

- **Coordination:** Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operation and communication, helping facilitate workflow and task completion.

- **Inventory Management:** Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control, helping to maintain adequate supplies for office needs.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Candidates should have completed at least their 12th grade and possess a basic understanding of office procedures.

- Strong attention to detail is essential for maintaining accuracy in data entry and documentation.

- Good communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, is required.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks.
