Position: Back Office Executive

Department: Banking Operations / Branch Operations

Company: Axis Bank / Partner Payroll (depending on vacancy)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day back-office and banking operational activities.

Data entry and updating customer information in the bank's system.

Verify and maintain customer KYC and account-related documents.

Process account opening and service-request documentation.

Maintain records, files, reports, and transaction-related documents.

Coordinate with branch staff and other departments for operational requirements.

Handle customer requests related to account documentation and banking services.

Check documents for completeness and accuracy.

Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and update operational records.

Follow bank policies, KYC/AML guidelines, and internal procedures.

Eligibility:

Qualification: Any Graduate

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the vacancy.

Good communication and basic computer knowledge.

Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email is an advantage.
