Back Office Executive/Coordinator

Responsibilities:

-Providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

-Answering questions, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed.

-Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product.

-Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

-Enter and update customer information in the database.

-Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Qualifications:

-BSC. Botany

-BSC. Zoology

-/ BBA
