we are looking for a back office executive to support our operations team in managing client documentation, data entry, and coordination activities. the ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in excel, and capable of handling client-related tasks efficiently.
key responsibilities:
handle and maintain client documentation for loan applications and processing.
perform accurate data entry and record maintenance in excel and internal systems.
support the front office and sales teams with required reports and data.
coordinate with clients for submission, verification, and follow-up of documents.
ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial and personal client information.
prepare, scan, and organize digital and physical documents for recordkeeping.
assist in preparing mis reports and maintaining daily work logs.
requirements:
minimum qualification: graduate (any stream)
proficient in ms excel, word, and basic computer operations
good communication and coordination skills
experience in loan processing, finance, or consultancy will be an added advantage
freshers with strong data entry and documentation skills can also apply
