Key responsibilities:
1. Data Management: Organizing and maintaining data in an accurate and efficient manner to ensure easy access and retrieval when needed.
2. Back Office Processing: Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and record keeping to support the smooth operation of the business.
3. Hindi Typing: Ability to type in Hindi accurately to assist in processing documents in the required language.
4. Copy Editing: Reviewing and correcting written material for accuracy, grammar, and formatting to ensure quality output.
5. Data Processing: Analyzing and interpreting data to generate meaningful insights and support decision-making processes.
6. Basic Computers: Proficiency in basic computer operations and knowledge of software applications to perform tasks effectively.
7. English Typing: Ability to type in English accurately and efficiently to input data and create documents.
8. MS Office Package: Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for creating and managing documents.
9. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication to interact with team members and convey information clearly and concisely.
Required skills and expectations:
- Must be a 10th pass with basic education qualifications.
