Outbound B2B Loan Sales Manager (Remote,India)

Location: Work from home, anywhere in India

Type: Full-time

Shift: Mon-Sat, 12:30 AM-8:30 AM IST (Canadian business hours), full-time from home. You'll be calling small and mid-size business owners in North America, mainly Canada, about MCA and business loans.

Pay: ₹60,000 per month to start, a performance-based raise after 3 months, ₹3,000-₹10,000 commission per sale, extra target bonuses, and a yearly international trip for top performers.

Nexa Consultancy is an established firm that helps small and mid-sized businesses get the funding they need to grow. Our team works fully remote. We are growing our outbound sales team and want experienced loan sellers who like the phone and like to close.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Make outbound calls to business owners every day.

• Explain business loan and merchant cash advance (MCA) options in simple words.

• Qualify each business: revenue, time in business, current debt, and need.

• Close deals and move qualified files forward.

• Keep clean notes on every call in our CRM.

• Follow up on time with leads, callbacks and open files.

• Hit daily call and monthly closing targets.

• Lead, coach and track a small team of callers.

MUST-HAVES

• 5-10 years of B2B loan sales (business loans, working capital) or MCA, with international clients. Please share your numbers.

• Experience managing a sales team.

• Strong outbound calling experience (cold calls to business owners).

• Fluent English and Hindi.

• Your own laptop and a good headset.

• Stable internet and power backup (UPS or inverter).

• A quiet space to work from.

NICE TO HAVE

• Strong plus: experience selling to Canadian or US business owners.

• Experience hiring and training new callers.

• Knowledge of term loans, lines of credit, equipment finance or invoice finance.

• Comfort with CRM tools and dialers.

• A track record of beating targets month after month.
