job description:-
• arrange appointments with doctors and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling.
• to schedule meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals.
• organise conferences for doctors and other medical staff.
• business to customer (b2c) calling and generating qualified leads.
• should make regular calls & timely follow up with customers in order to motivate/ suggest them to adapt ayurveda/ panchakarma/ naturopathy/ yoga and ensure maximum sales.
• to promote the company's ayurveda, panchakarma & naturopathy therapies or programs through sales and convince clients for consultation with the company's doctors.
• to prepare and submit daily based sales reports to the company.
• build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and support administrative staff.
• to identify customers' needs and recommending hospital therapies/packages that best fulfill those needs.
• to maintain solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
• keep detailed records of all clients and update them from time-to-time.
• win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones.
• implement all sales strategies and meet the set targets.
• plan work schedules, weekly & monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager.
• regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
• keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations.
• analyse sales data to improve results and ensure effective allocation/ optimum utilisation of resources.
• to make inbound/ outbound sales and cold calling.
