Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist who can help us with Marketing and Technology both.

Location: Bangalore, Jaipur

CTC: Between 10 LPA to 12 LPA

Skills:

Expertise in Marketing Automation and CRM platforms especially in Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Mailchimp or Similar Enterprise MAP. Minimum 4 years of experience is required.

Working closely with clients to define and implement technical solutions to meet their business requirements.

Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, email and landing page development, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.

Proficiency in CRM integrations such as or Microsoft Dynamics

Experience building and using APIs. Ability to design and build integrations between MAP and different applications.

Must have good knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets and can create HTML emails, and landing pages in any MAP.

Should have hands-on experience in design, develop and manage targeted email campaigns/email nurture programs.

Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards

Create/Modify lead scoring rules to grade between hot, warm, and cold leads.

Support essential marketing operations initiatives such as managing the lead lifecycle, ComplianceOpt in and Data Look Ups etc.

Strong understanding of email marketing best practices including data privacy laws and deliverability best practices.

Should have hands-on experience in tool migration and can plan and execute data and assets migration from one MAP to another.

Should know how to audit MAP instances and fix issues.

Should know how to set up a Marketing automation tool from scratch and can-do admin setup efficiently. Consult with marketing, technical and business team and provide optimized
