we are looking for a senior marketing automation specialist who can help us with marketing and technology both.

location: bangalore, jaipur

ctc: between 10 lpa to 12 lpa

skills:

• expertise in marketing automation and crm platforms especially in marketo, hubspot, pardot, mailchimp or similar enterprise map. minimum 4 years of experience is required.

• working closely with clients to define and implement technical solutions to meet their business requirements.

• responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, email and landing page development, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.

• proficiency in crm integrations such as or microsoft dynamics

• experience building and using apis. ability to design and build integrations between map and different applications.

• must have good knowledge in html, javascript, and cascading style sheets and can create html emails, and landing pages in any map.

• should have hands-on experience in design, develop and manage targeted email campaigns/email nurture programs.

• manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards

• create/modify lead scoring rules to grade between hot, warm, and cold leads.

• support essential marketing operations initiatives such as managing the lead lifecycle, complianceopt in and data look ups etc.

• strong understanding of email marketing best practices including data privacy laws and deliverability best practices.

• should have hands-on experience in tool migration and can plan and execute data and assets migration from one map to another.

• should know how to audit map instances and fix issues.

• should know how to set up a marketing automation tool from scratch and can-do admin setup efficiently. consult with marketing, technical and business team and provide optimized
