CAD Design Engineer - DRONE & 3D PARTS - Ghaziabad

● Design and develop 3D models of mechanical components and assemblies. ● Design drone/UAV components including frames, mounts, brackets, enclosures, and other mechanical parts. ● Prepare detailed 2D drawings, manufacturing drawings, and technical documentation. ● Develop accurate BOMs (Bill of Materials) with material specifications and component details. ● Define appropriate dimensions, tolerances, fits, and design specifications. ● Design parts suitable for 3D printing, CNC machining, fabrication, and other manufacturing processes. ● Develop prototypes and coordinate with fabrication/production teams for testing and modifications. ● Identify design issues and make necessary improvements for functionality, strength, weight, manufacturability, and cost. ● Work with different materials and understand their suitability for specific applications. ● Modify and optimize existing designs based on testing and field requirements. ● Maintain proper CAD files, drawings, revisions, and technical documentation. ● Coordinate with internal teams to understand design requirements and project timelines.
