Hiring a Graphic Designer for a nutraceutical company, located in Mumbai (PRABHADEVI)

Ensuring operational, day-to-day deliverables of HRIS (SAP/Oracle) to transact process globally and respond to multiple queries; Ensuring timely completion of work and consistent use of processes; Ensuring information, advice and expert knowledge is shared amongst team members; Ensure all request are timely action on Service Now/shared mailbox and provide update to the requestor within SLA; Day to day action tracker needs to be updated and shared with TL for all the transactions made in HRISYour Skills & Experience: Good knowledge of HRIS (SAP, Oracle, Taleo) systems Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality and proven ability to handle sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook. Prior work experience in Microsoft SharePoint/SAP HRIS /Oracle HRIS is mandate Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills At least 2 years of experience in HR organization and related processes Has experience in HR Operations, process improvements and operational excellenceIt is a Hybrid Mode Job

Bachelors Degree in Finance/Commerce or related field 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in payroll administration Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good time management and organizational skills Working knowledge of Indian Taxes (TDS), ESI, PF, PT, Gratuity and other critical payroll statutesEnsure delivery of payroll processing, operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities that are accurately carried out on a month on month basis within appropriate timeframes along with maintaining a Master (database) Prepare payroll documentation as directed and process the preparation and filing of required reports and/or payments to government agencies Process new joiners and leavers payroll accurately in accordance with state rules and statutes
