KRAs

1) Manage hostel wardens/supervisors wrt daily operations processes and compliances

2) Operations management (Services: Housekeeping, Food, Repair and Maintenance, Wifi, Laundry,

Hostel Management); Should be able to handle at least 4-5 properties/hostels

3) Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Score of 4+ out of 5 across all services

4) Work closely with the Account manager, Facilities team and Community team

5) Ensure data sanctity for all hostel operations

6) Assist account manager with management reviews in the form of strategy making initiatives, plan of

action and action item updates.

7) Escalation handling; Handle escalations pertaining to daily operations by routing them through a

designated channel
