7 handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, striving for resolution.
8 stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
9 build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
10 payment collection & reminder to all hot prospect
11 collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
