2. Drive product improvements through product usage data analysis, competition analysis, research, customer feedback and organizational strategy

3. Wireframing and UX

4. Identify KPIs for the performance of the product (traffic, downloads, usage etc.) and ensuring that the KPIs are met

5. Crystallize business requirements for products/solutions/features

6. Release planning and prioritization of release features/enhancements

7. Product review and testing

8. Interact with technology team/vendor to:

a. Get the product/solution implemented

b. Review progress made

c. Resolve user issues/queries

9. Interact with stakeholders in other functions like academics, finance, marketing, sales, operations, customer support etc.
