Assistant Manager

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store floor.

Supervise and motivate sales staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Ensure product displays are well-organized and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines.

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and coordinate with the stockroom team.

Assist in the execution of promotional activities and special in-store events.

Support in training and onboarding new staff members.

Ensure cleanliness and overall store appearance is maintained at all times.

Assist the Store Manager in monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals.
