Key Responsibilities:

1. People Management: Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to a team of agents to enhance their performance and productivity. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans as needed.

2. Target Achievement: Set ambitious targets for the team and work closely with individual agents to ensure goals are met or exceeded. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Lead Generation: Drive the generation of leads through proactive outbound calling efforts. Provide training and support to agents to optimize lead generation techniques and ensure quality standards are maintained.

4. Coordination: Collaborate closely with US counterparts to align strategies and goals, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across teams. Liaise with directors based in India to provide regular updates on team performance and initiatives.

5. Performance Analysis: Analyze call center data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to address challenges and optimize performance.

6. Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. Keep abreast of industry best practices and incorporate relevant training materials into coaching sessions.
