Responsibilities

Monitor sales performance and prepare reports

Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance

Help achieve sales targets and company goals

Train, mentor, and motivate team members

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently

Manage inventory and coordinate stock replenishment

Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills +2 (preferred)

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools

Ability to multitask and work under pressure
