Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
Post job vacancies on portals, social media, and other platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic / virtual)
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and clients
Maintain candidate database and records
Follow up with candidates for interview and joining
Handle documentation and onboarding process
Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports
Support senior HR team in hiring activities
🔹 Key Skills Required
Good communication skills (English & local language)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to handle pressure & multiple requirements
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
🔹 Qualification
Any Degree (HR preferred)
Freshers / 0-2 years experience
