we are looking for an energetic and organized hr executive to join our team in nakur. the role involves handling end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, basic payroll assistance, employee engagement, and maintaining hr documentation. you will also support day-to-day office coordination and ensure smooth hr operations.
key responsibilities
manage hiring cycles: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews
handle onboarding, documentation, id creation and joining formalities
maintain attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll inputs
draft hr letters, notices and maintain employee files
support employee engagement activities and grievance handling
coordinate with management for hr reporting and compliance needs
assist in general admin tasks when required
skills required
good communication and people-handling skills
basic hr knowledge (recruitment, attendance, onboarding)
familiarity with ms office/google sheets
organized, disciplined and proactive
ability to work at onsite office in nakur (near state bank of india, tehsil road, nakur, saharanpur up)
qualifications
any graduate
02 years of hr/recruitment/admin experience (freshers can also apply)
salary
8,000 15,000 per month based on experience
