Assist the MD in all day-to-day activities related to Business Operations
Coordinate with business Associate, clients, and other external partners of the office
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Assist to Manage MD calendars and make arrangements for meetings, assignments
Set-up system for internal and external communications, emails, presentations, reports
Coordinate with internal key people like Department heads, Production heads etc and collect relevant information and make reports for reference of management
Collection of operational data, maintain MIS and convert data into value for customers and Internal teams in the areas of production and Sales, Sales enablement, Support to Product management etc
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Organize and maintain the office filing system
Review current information tools and processes being used and identify opportunities for time and process saving with the help of technology
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
