Job Summary:

Innovative Architects is seeking seasoned architectural professionals with 5 to 10 years of experience, who are passionate about transforming ideas into detailed, executable designs. This role is ideal for candidates with strong command over AutoCAD and a demonstrated ability to produce both working drawings and design development documentation with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed working drawings and coordinate across disciplines for seamless execution on-site.

- Prepare, refine, and update design development packages aligning with project vision and technical standards.

- Work closely with the design team to convert conceptual sketches into construction-ready documents.

- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and project requirements.

- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for technical resolutions and project coordination.

- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.

Requirements:

- Bachelor-s degree (or higher) in Architecture from a recognized institution.

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in architectural design and documentation.

- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; additional skills in Revit, SketchUp, or Lumion are a plus.

- Strong eye for detail and ability to maintain high drafting standards.

- Excellent knowledge of materials, construction methods, and detailing.
