This role is ideal for candidates with strong command over AutoCAD and a demonstrated ability to produce both working drawings and design development documentation with precision.Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed working drawings and coordinate across disciplines for seamless execution on-site. Prepare, refine, and update design development packages aligning with project vision and technical standards. Work closely with the design team to convert conceptual sketches into construction-ready documents. Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and project requirements. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for technical resolutions and project coordination. Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.Requirements: Bachelors degree (or higher) in Architecture from a recognized institution. 510 years of relevant experience in architectural design and documentation. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD; additional skills in Revit, SketchUp, or Lumion are a plus. Strong eye for detail and ability to maintain high drafting standards.
