roles and responsibilities: -

• statutory audit, tax audits and gst annual returns

• basic and advance excel skills.

• working with different accounting packages, erps, and tax utilities

• preparation of financial statements as per the schedule iii and indian gaap.

• multiple clients handling

• roc compliance - filling of various roc forms, annual returns, company and llp incorporation.

• direct & indirect taxes- preparation of gst computations & returns, it assessments (demands and refunds), income tax returns, gst returns and tds returns,

• other related tasks- accounting, net worth individuals certificates, other registrations like msme etc
