Job Description

We are retained by our fast growing Client Company to look after the respective positions for their Business. They have recently entered Eastern Indian Market and want to drive their business with Young Positive self motivated professionals to join them.

Position – Area Sales Manager (Male)

Reporting to RSM, Reported by 5 Field Sales Officers and TSM

Location: North Bengal (Entire)

Salary Offered – 8-10 LPA

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential areas.

2. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call/Meetings reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

3. Resolves complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

4. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and Pattern.

5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

6. To generate business for adult diaper, Coconut Oil and other FMCG products sales on a general trade basis.

7. Appoint & work with these channel partners to generate sustainable sales for the range of products with Team of FSO, TSM.

Candidate profile

1. Must be a Graduate with MBA, Smart Male with pleasing personality.

2. Communication ( oral ) Skill should be excellent in Three Languages English, Hindi & Bengali

3. Relevant Industry experience of at least 8 years of which 3 years as ASM based at North Bengal (MUST)

4. Should be comfortable in field based job where extensive travelling is required to travel his area of North Bengal
