Job Specifications:

We are looking for a resilient, empathic Area Sales Manager, from the furnishing, Architect-Interior

or having some knowledge about the building material segment, to contribute to the growth of our

company by inputting new and innovative methods and ideas to conduct the product sales and thus

improvise and enhance the company's presence in the market.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related

field is preferred.

• Proven experience in the building material or relevant industry.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent management and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Neat and well - groomed appearance

• Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional presentation and customer service skills.

Job Description:

The Applicant shall

• Familiarize self with all the products offered by the company.

• Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the

marketing department.

•Develop new strategies to pitch products in the architecture and interior segment

•Develop and manage an efficient channel sales network to improve the sales performance

through dealer and distributor network and add on to the company's growth.

•Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

•Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

•Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assignment segment
