job role & responsibilities :
1. managing a team
2. increase penetration & support company in growing market share through frontline sales team.
3. to ensure sale of finance schemes to customers (within & outside dealership) as per the targets through the front line sales team
4. maintain & improve the relationship with the dealers through frontline sales team
5. resolve the issues escalated by frontline sales team & the dealers.
6. acquiring more customers through adc/rural channel
7. market intelligence / planning & executing activities, lead generation/sourcing
8. managing the team of executives . compliance/policy adherence & regular network visits & managing dcc portfolio
9. femi/ns collection of femi bounce case & nonstarter (dcc/ndcc)
10. resolution of customer complaints.
11. coordinate with training team to improve the efficiency of the frontline sales team
12. interview & selects dmas/csms and recommend the same to rm & ho for final approval
13. understand various reports & take corrective action with the dealership & frontline sales team
14. maintain & improve the productivity of front line sales team
15. responsible for pdd ., post disbursal docs viz., rc details etc.
16. update rms on daily/weekly basis . targets vs achieved & escalate the issues to them
