Position: Area Sales Manager Field Sales
Role Objective:
Generate residential solar sales through field visits and customer conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Door-to-door visits to generate leads
Explain solar benefits and government subsidy
Collect customer details and qualify leads
Conduct follow-ups and close sales
Achieve monthly sales targets
Submit daily activity report
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
Weekly Off: Monday
Salary Structure:
Fixed Salary + Incentive per kW + Bonus
Requirements:
Must have bike
Must be comfortable with field work
Good communication in Tamil
Sales experience preferred
