 Increase MBO / SIS sale by implementing the right sales strategies
 c
 Co- ordination with distributors/ warehouse team for base stock at all SIS counters. Replenishment at all counters.
 Promoting, refilling Basic Tshirts and maintaining data of the company fixtures.
 Regular visits of all SIS and key retailers and sharing checklist / feedback with management.
 Guide sales team of MBO/SIS/ TIS counters to meet the sales target set by the company.
 Maintaining strong relationship with existing and potential clients and resolving all customers queries, grievances.
 Monitoring and checking all defects
 Mystery audits and reports, Inventory management by identifying slow movers and transfer of same to other counters.
 Co-ordination with MIS team for update on any malpractices
 Co -ordination and planning for Spring summer, Autumn winter, Preview booking and Projected booking plan, Growth of 15% on Season to Season for existing dealers and adding up new dealers every season.
Required Skills and Qualification
 3-4 years of experience as an Area Manager in Distribution, MBO and SIS channels
 Knowledge of Advance Excel, Sales Reports, DSR, Email writing
 Good written and oral communication skills, experience of Team management
 Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
 Open for travelling
 Experience in handling billing software, customer service, people management
 Bachelor’s degree in Business management or similar field
