Area Sales Manager

Job Description

Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive business growth in the overseas education

sector, specifically targeting B2B agents.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B agents, providing ongoing support

and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify and onboard new B2B agents in the target market, expanding the network and

increasing sales opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns,

promotional activities, and events targeting B2B agents.

Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor

activities, and potential business opportunities.

Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to the management team, highlighting

achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions, operations, and finance, to ensure

smooth coordination and delivery of services to B2B agents and their clients.

Stay updated with changes in international education policies, visa regulations, and other

relevant industry updates, and communicate these changes to B2B agents.

Train and educate B2B agents on the services, processes, and benefits of partnering with our

organization.

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company

and expand the network of B2B agents.
