We have an opening for Area Sales Manager Health Insurance (Banca Channel).

CTC: Up to LPA

Role & Responsibilities:

Relationship management with assigned bank partners

Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff

Achieve GWP targets for the assigned partners and territory

Train and develop partner sales and service teams to pitch effectively to customers

Enable partners to generate new business and achieve targets

Maintain a daily tracker of visits, calls, and activities with accurate reporting

Use digital tools and sales applications to support maximum digitization

Understand client requirements, pain points, and opportunity areas

Provide need-based health insurance solutions to increase customer stickiness
