🔹 Job Responsibilities

Onboard new retailers & distributors for AEPS, mATM & other fintech services

Achieve monthly onboarding & transaction targets

Manage & motivate field sales team

Ensure KYC completion & activation of retailers

Increase AEPS & mATM transaction volume in assigned area

Provide training & support to retailers and team

Market products through field visits, meetings & local promotions

Daily reporting to management

🔹 Job Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years in Field Sales / Fintech / Banking / Telecom

Knowledge of AEPS, Micro ATM, CSP, Payments preferred

Strong communication & leadership skills

Two-wheeler mandatory

Smartphone & basic tech knowledge required
