🔹 job responsibilities

onboard new retailers & distributors for aeps, matm & other fintech services

achieve monthly onboarding & transaction targets

manage & motivate field sales team

ensure kyc completion & activation of retailers

increase aeps & matm transaction volume in assigned area

provide training & support to retailers and team

market products through field visits, meetings & local promotions

daily reporting to management

🔹 job requirements

experience: 1–3 years in field sales / fintech / banking / telecom

knowledge of aeps, micro atm, csp, payments preferred

strong communication & leadership skills

two-wheeler mandatory

smartphone & basic tech knowledge required
