about the role
we are seeking a proactive individual to join our early-stage, fast-growing startup. we value candidates who are open to new opportunities and excited about making an impact in the healthcare industry. the ideal candidate should be comfortable working on the front line as part of our business development team, representing our company in front of the doctors in this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- onboarding new doctors in the defined territory.
- retaining onboarded doctors and fostering strong relationships. assuming responsibility for the entire assigned territory.
- driving patient conversion through effective collaboration with doctors. conducting continuous medical education (cme) and in clinic (opd) camps.
- the candidate should meet atleast 6 doctors, need to attempt 10-12 doctors. you need to have driving licence, 2 wheeler and an android phone.
- this role requires a blend of dedication, expertise, creativity, and a passion for healthcare innovation.
you'll be working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your contributions will have a direct and meaningful impact on improving healthcare accessibility across india.
preferred qualities
- 1-3 years of experience in doctor/patient onboarding, with a preference for candidates with a background in gynecology.
- mandatory field sales experience.
- willingness to relocate to the assigned territory.
- strong communication skills.
