the area sales manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer/distributor networks, and expanding market presence for inverter and lithium battery products across north india.
key responsibilities
achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
develop and implement regional sales strategies.
identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and oem partners.
maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key customers.
monitor competitor activities and market trends.
lead and mentor sales executives in the assigned territory.
ensure timely collection of payments and credit control.
prepare and present sales reports to management.
qualifications & experience
graduate in any discipline; mba in marketing preferred.
8–10 years of proven sales experience in inverter, battery, or lithium battery industry.
strong dealer/distributor network in north india.
excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
willingness to travel extensively across the region.
