we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented sales and money collection executive to join our fast-growing fmcg distributors in nagapattinam. the primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales and ensure timely collection of payments from customers. the successful candidate will be a proactive, motivated, and customer-centric individual who can effectively promote our products, expand the customer base, and optimize cash flow for the organization.
responsibilities:
sales generation: identify potential customers, develop leads, and build strong relationships to achieve sales targets for the assigned fmcg product range.
product promotion: implement effective sales strategies, conduct product demonstrations, and communicate the unique selling points to customers to drive product awareness and adoption.
customer relationship management: cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
new business development: explore new markets, analyze market trends, and proactively seek opportunities to expand the customer base and enhance market penetration.
order processing and management: ensure accurate and timely order processing, track delivery status, and manage order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
payment collection: regularly follow up with customers for timely payment collections, reconcile accounts, and maintain updated records of payments received and outstanding dues.
accounts receivable management: collaborate with the finance team to minimize overdue payments and resolve payment discrepancies through effective communication and negotiation.
sales reporting: prepare periodic sales reports, analyze sales performance data, and present insights to the management for informed decision-making.
market intelligence: monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and provide feedback to the marketing and product development
