job responsibilities: -
• attend to customer enquiries
• visit customers as per aligned meetings
• meeting dealer, distributors, architects, interior designer, sometimes builder etc
• cold call and reach out to prospects in the generated database through various channels to build a pipeline of leads
• qualify the leads by understanding specified and potential needs
• identify key decision makers for qualified leads and schedule meetings with them to initiate the sales process
• prepare a database of customers through various sources – online and offline (trade fairs, networking events and marketing campaigns).
• understand requirements of customers
• give presentations and quotations
• negotiation & closing the deals
• ensure closures of contracts
• attend to all issues related to sales, marketing and deliveries
• prepare a visit plan & report
• update crm
• prepare sales reports
