we require an experienced area manager (dealer network creator).
�� identifying new distributor/dealers: searching new distributor/dealers in the given territory (punjab, haryana, himachal pradesh and uttar pradesh) for our exceptionally unique water proofing products launch first time in north india.
�� work closely with heads in appointments of new distributor/dealers.
�� regular communication by phone, letter or visiting them and helping them with their issues & concerns regarding accounts, price, competition, demand generation & schemes
�� addressing all the complaints / suggestions received from the distributor /dealers /customers by forwarding the same to office.
�� market research: understanding market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
�� travelling: travelling intensively to the given territory or as and when required by the department head
�� after-dealership support: providing ongoing support to dealers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential up selling opportunities.
�� reporting: daily reporting of activities and sales to the department head
