Hybrid Urbanists is a multi-disciplinary design firm involved in Government projects . master planning, layout formation and other structural works for tender stages.

We are looking for a candidate who would be involved in design and drafting:-

Architectural & Industrial projects

Working on Detailed working drawings (Floor plans, Sections Elevations etc.)Master Planning (industrial & residential layouts)

Working on layout formation, area calculation, Detailed ROW, spur culverts, box culverts, storm water drain, electric ducts designs etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma Architecture/Bachelor of Architecture degree with 0-5 years of experienced in drafting to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with defined scope of work. Computer literate & AutoCAD 2D is a must.

Willing to commit for 24 months to the company

Required Experience and Qualifications

Drafting of building plan approvals (residential & industrial ware houses)

Drafting architectural plans for execution level detailing.

Measurements as per IS Code

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Positive attitude. Creating a good environment

Self-motivated: Working effectively with little direction

Ability to Work in Harmony

Working hours: from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (9 hours per day), Monday to Saturday.
