Hybrid Urbanistsis a multi-disciplinary design firm involved in Government projects i.e. master planning, layout formation and other structural works for tender stages.We are looking for a candidate who would be involved in design and drafting:-Architectural & Industrial projectsWorking on Detailed working drawings (Floor plans, Sections Elevations etc.)Master Planning (industrial & residential layouts)Working on layout formation, area calculation, Detailed ROW, spur culverts, box culverts, storm water drain, electric ducts designs etc.Desired Candidate ProfileDiploma Architecture/Bachelor of Architecture degree with 0-5 years of experiencedin drafting to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with defined scope of work. Computer literate &AutoCAD 2D is a must.Willing to commit for 24 months to the companyRequired Experience and QualificationsDrafting of building plan approvals (residential & industrial ware houses)Drafting architectural plans for execution level detailing.Measurements as per IS CodeExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyPositive attitude.
