Interior Architect Jobs For B.Arch Freshers

We re looking for a talented Interior Architect to handle interior works for apartments and office spaces within QuarkCity.

You��ll collaborate closely with clients to customize interiors as per their needs �� from concept to handover �� creating spaces that blend functionality, aesthetics, and elegance.

If you have an eye for detail, a strong design sense, and the ability to visualize and deliver inspiring interiors �� we want you on our team!

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

�� Communicate with clients to understand design requirements and vision 🤝

�� Create detailed interior design drawings (manual + CAD) 📐

�� Prepare 3D visualizations and presentations for client approvals 🖥️

�� Manage interior projects from concept to completion 🏗️

�� Coordinate with construction and MEP teams to meet timelines ��

�� Ensure compliance with building codes and design standards 🧾

�� Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and manage project budgets 💰

�� Stay updated on the latest design trends and materials 🌿

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

�� Bachelor��s Degree in Architecture

�� 2-7 years of experience as an Architect/Interior Architect

�� Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3D Studio VIZ (or similar)

�� Excellent communication and presentation skills ��️

�� Strong sense of color, texture, and spatial harmony 🎨

�� Strategic thinker and creative problem solver 💡

�� Ability to work independently and collaboratively 👥
