We are looking for an AMC Coordinator to join our team in Indore, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Client Communication:** Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding Asset Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). You will interact with clients to address inquiries and provide updates about their services.
- **Contract Management:** Assist in the preparation and management of AMC agreements. You will track contract details and ensure all renewals are processed in a timely manner.
- **Coordination with Technicians:** Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely service and maintenance visits. You will help schedule appointments and monitor the progress of service requests.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate databases of all AMC contracts and client interactions. This involves documenting service requests and follow-ups to ensure a smooth workflow.
- **Reporting:** Generate reports on AMC performance and client feedback. You will help analyze the data to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must have a minimum of a 12th-grade education and exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in basic computer skills, such as MS Office, is essential. Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are important.
