**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Ticket Booking:** Assist passengers in booking flights by providing information on schedules, prices, and available options.

- **Customer Service:** Interact with travelers in a friendly manner, addressing their questions and resolving any issues related to their travel plans.

- **Check-in Assistance:** Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring they have the correct documents and luggage requirements.

- **Payment Processing:** Handle ticket payments accurately, ensuring transactions are processed smoothly using the airline's systems.

- **Information Dissemination:** Keep passengers informed about flight status, delays, and gate changes by providing timely updates at the counter.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of 10th grade. Previous experience in customer service or ticketing is a plus but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
