Assist customers in choosing the best flights (routes, timing, price)
Answer queries related to fares, baggage, and travel policies
Provide information about airlines like IndiGo, Air India, or SpiceJet
💳 Payment & Documentation
Process payments (cash, card, online)
Generate invoices and maintain booking records
Ensure passenger details are accurate (name, passport, etc.)
🔄 Changes & Refunds
Handle ticket cancellations and refunds
Modify bookings (date change, route change, upgrades)
Apply airline rules and penalties correctly
📋 Coordination
Coordinate with airlines and travel partners
Follow airline policies and fare rules
Stay updated on offers, discounts, and travel regulations
🧠Skills Required
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge (especially booking software)
Attention to detail
Problem-solving ability
Knowledge of domestic & international travel rules
🎓 Eligibility
Minimum: 10+2 (graduation preferred)
Courses in air ticketing or travel & tourism are a plus
Knowledge of systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is beneficial
