As an Airport Terminal Services Agent in Chandigarh, you will play a vital role in providing support to passengers and ensuring a smooth airport experience. Your job will involve assisting travelers with various services, making their journey more enjoyable and efficient.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Passenger Check-in Assistance: Help passengers with the check-in process, ensuring they receive their boarding passes and luggage tags before they board their flights.

2. Information Desk Support: Provide accurate information to travelers regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and airport facilities to help them navigate the terminal confidently.

3. Boarding Procedures: Oversee the boarding process by scanning boarding passes and assisting passengers as they enter the aircraft, ensuring safety and adherence to schedules.

4. Baggage Handling: Assist in managing luggage and cargo, ensuring that it is safely loaded and unloaded from aircraft while addressing any passenger concerns related to their baggage.

5. Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer support by addressing passenger inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their journey.
